Wednesday 19th March - walk *** – short walks at Felixstowe and Falkenham – sunny.

As I had a steroid injection in my heel yesterday I am taking it easy for a couple of days but because we had another day of wall to wall sunshine, ideal for weather pics so I headed out in the van at nine to ride around Felixstowe and managed to get some nice pics including daffs at the Fludyers and blue sky’s at The Ferry. Then home for breakfast before doing my exercises in the back garden before making yummy egg sandwiches and once again set off in the van ending up at one of our favourites, Falkenham Church at 1.30. There was a couple of foals in the paddock and we enjoyed our lunch as two tractors were drilling the large field in front of us, really good to watch and it will be good to watch the crop grow over the coming weeks! So I didn’t actually walk far just ambled about taking pics and fingers crossed my heel is feeling better at the moment, lets hope it last!

PS – Was chuffed to get a pic on BBC’s Look East tonight, the 3rd this week:)
